Methods of co-operation (select method suitable for you):
1. We take a single payment for recruitment only from Your Company* (in this case, payment will be equal to80% of the first month salary of the candidate).
2. We take a single payment for recruitment only from the Candidate (in this case, payment will be from USD 250 up to 500 upon receipt of the employment contract).
3. We take a payment by deducting the first salary of the Candidate (employee).
Discount* if you recruit 9 candidates from our company, each10th candidate will be documented for free.
4. If you have any other methods of co-operation, we are ready to discuss it
How do we work?
1. The candidates wend their applications to us
2. We interview them (explaining them all conditions, process, requirements, rights and responsibilities).
3. You send the list of open vacancies to us.
4. We send the candidates’ applications to you.
5. We coordinate the process of interview between You and our candidates (via Skype, telephone, Facebook call, etc.).
6. You sort out the candidate and sent his/her employment contract to us.
7. Further, we coordinate the whole process of the documents’ preparation (passport, photo, medical certificates, letters of recommendation, etc.), we send the whole documents to you and give a confirmation to you, so you can start visa process.
8. We negotiate the flight details with You (date and place of flight), you sent an air-ticket; we conduct a pre-departure consultation with our candidate.
9. We render all-round support to our candidate (employee) and Your Company throughout the whole duration of the employment contract between You and employee.
Guarantee liability of the Recruitment Company is 6 months at a single free of charge candidate’s replacement.
